At Capsule, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit your aesthetic or lifestyle, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing package.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
